Carson serves as the HEADQUARTERS SECOND BRIGADE 4TH REGION(ROTC)
USA CADET COMMAND. This oversees college ROTC programs in the
following states; Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North
Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
MISSION
• To Commission the future Officer Leadership of the U. S. Army
• Motivate young people to be better citizens
This division at Fort Carson has the following offices; Command
Group, Staff Sections, Enrollment Officers, and JROTC
